I am a new homeowner in the area and was aimlessly searching for whomever installed the insert that came with our home. Keith at Tinderbox verified that ours was in fact purchased from their store AND he kindly invited us into the showroom to have a tutorial of the insert so that we may get the most efficient and effective results; it certainly is a skill getting a sufficient roaring fire. Keith also took the time to explain the unit as well. Looking forward to going in…

***I’ve since visited the store and Keith was generous with his time to explain the fireplace inserts and other tips. I was able to schedule a sweep so we could start fresh. Cute store too! -
