  Gail is truly amazing- I am so glad that I found her! Her knowledge of body mechanics is incredible, blending her PT background and Pilates training so seamlessly. Her therapy sessions are challenging though she easily adjusts to your needs and ability. Gail takes time to sort through every concern you may have. She is patient and listens intently, working hard to find the solutions to any pain or discomfort, new or old, that comes up on your recovery journey. I highly recommend seeing Gail- she is committed to getting you back to feeling and moving better! I am incredibly thankful - she helped me so much! Cannot recommend her enough!

  I am beyond grateful to have found Gail at Therapeutic Pilates. Rather than simply focusing on my badly hobbled knee, Gail looked at my body as a whole and was able to begin addressing problems that had been years in the making. Eventually, I made the decision to undergo a knee replacement; Gail's years of experience with knee problems meant that she was able to prepare me for surgery with exercises I could do at home, with and without special equipment. Now that the (successful) surgery is past, Gail continues to provide me with physical therapy that will ensure that I continue to grow stronger, with a more stable knee. I happily recommend this practice!

  I was so happy that Gail was available when my father broke his ankle. Gail provides amazing instruction and support. Without her deep knowledge of physical therapy techniques and keen awareness of what people need in physical and mental support my father would not have had the complete recovery from ankle surgery which he has had. She made sure he understood getting active again was important a few days after surgery, to do his exercises daily, and made sure he understood the reason for each exercise. Her calm demeanor will put anyone at ease quickly while her tenacity will ensure you push yourself to a full recovery.

  Gail is an exceptionally skilled clinician; I have referred to her in several recent conversations as a magic worker. She has helped me through acute and chronic pain and injury with speed and thoroughness that is truly impressive. Gail has an excellent ability to both address injury while focusing on preventative and corrective measures of posture, strengthening and stretching. I’ve referred her clients and friends and plan to keep working with her in fine-tuning my body.

  Gail Kotel of Therapeutic Pilates is the real deal. She knows her stuff inside and out. I’ve taken Pilates before and have practiced yoga as well as other kinds of body work, but Gail was able to hone in on where my issues were and quickly and safely make adjustments and corrections. After one private session I felt stronger, more aligned, and more confident. Her online group classes are effective as well. She’s observant, attentive and can make corrections accordingly. I’m a mad fan!
