  I had an amazing experience while attending yoga class that included Saund Bath crystal Bowls. It was my first time and I really enjoyed it! Highly recommend it to everyone. What I have enjoyed the most was the feeling of relaxation, my batteries got recharged, I felt in peace and harmony with myself and with nature. I usually struggle with falling asleep but after the evening yoga session I slept so well that night. Thank you so much!

  We booked Kara for a bachelorette yoga session and she was amazing! She came to house with yoga mats, asked what type of class we wanted and she nailed it! She was inclusive of everyone there, supportive towards women, and brought good energy to the group. We left feeling relaxed and it was the perfect way to start the weekend. Thank you, Kara!

  We hired Kara for a 1hr private in-home yoga class at our Airbnb for a bachelorette party weekend and I have no words to explain how much I recommend her/this experience. Kara showed up with all the yoga mats we needed and set them up in the yard so all we had to do was walk out of the house and join the class! We also had 13 girls with various states of yoga experience, ailments, medical concerns, etc and she accommodated it all. It was the most peaceful and relaxing way to kick off our morning, Kara was so great at putting the group at ease/getting to know us, and everyone on the trip kept talking about how great of an activity it was to have on our schedule! Highly recommend looking into this option for a large group! Thank you Kara for everything!

  After several years of back pain, doctors, acupuncture, chiropractic methods, I asked Kara what it would cost for a private, because I was too afraid to take a class. My back was so tender. I thought I would be using a walker by the age of 65. In 5 private sessions my back is fully restored. No pain ... let me repeat NO PAIN !! I'm astonished and grateful at the healing powers of the body if it is guided by someone as knowledgeable as Kara.
  I would strongly recommend her for any type of pain. You might be having ! And the classes are great and therapeutic, and sometimes super funny. Kara has created a loving and compassionate community.! Not to mention the views! I highly recommend this yoga studio

  The perfect Yoga House on Hamptons. I love it, very happy that is here, close to the water, nice and peaceful. Kara is amazing she has quite some yoga moves, that you're definitely going to feel them later. 😄💪 Thank you, Kara!
