  I recently moved out to the area. I have always been really active and worked out at a gym my entire life. I was searching and searching for a new place to go and wasn't feeling satisfied. I wasn't loving any gym I tried. Until one day I was recommended to try Sculpt By Emily's studio. I scheduled a drop in and was hooked the moment the class ended. I went home purchased a package and have been going and loving it ever since. This studio is more than just an outstanding workout. It's a loving community of people who all bring their best to the studio. I've never met a more dedicated group of people who love getting their butts kicked (in a great way) at 5am more than the individuals who gather at Sculpt by Emily. Emily brings her A game every class you take, and the staff of instructors each are incredibly talented, unique, super fit and fun (not to mention welcoming and helpful). It does not get any better than that friends. Do yourself a favor and jump on the website buy a package and go ASAP you will not regret it!! Happy Sculpting!!!

  I have been with Emily from the start. Emily is a passionate and driven person who is not another fitness person, but an artist. Her workouts are like a dance that corresponds to the music perfectly. You don’t even feel like you are working out! Her Sculpt Elite program is my go-to since I can’t make it to the studio. This method has made me stronger and healthy both inside and out.

  Best work out for my body. Emily and all her instructors are amazing and give you the strength and confidence to reach whatever goal you have set for yourself and BEYOND. I am usually only in the Hamptons in the summer so joined Sculpt Elite (( online platform)) to continue the workouts at home. Counting down the days to get back into the studio...not only for the workout but for the people. Amazing community of individuals. :)

  Emily and the rest of the instructors at Sculpt are incredible. Class is not only fun and effective but also feels amazing on my body as someone who suffers from old back and hip injuries. While the method is one of my favorites, I can’t fail to mention the other reasons I keep coming back for more. All of the instructors who teach here are so warm and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable every time you walk into the studio and they have created a community that is so special!
