  This is an amazing house with spectacular views as it sits right across from the ocean. I've been here many times and it's a wonderful place to stay with a kind, cheery and caring host attending to every detail. Sitting on the porch is my favorite pastime. I highly recommend this lovely guest house.

  The Windamer is the absolute best! Matt and I just love the Victorian charm. Each room is beautifully appointed with anything you could possibly need. Sally is the best landlady. She is always available, really friendly and makes you want to just move in! The location could not be better. You can easily walk into town or across the street to the beach.. we hope to be renters for many more years!

  The Windamer is our favorite place at the Jersey Shore. The beautiful ocean front property is the ideal location for a getaway. You can't beat the convenience and beauty of being ocean front and it's only a short walk to the center of town for great shopping and restaurants. Sally, the owner, has taken care of every detail to make it as easy and relaxing as possible from the minute you get there until your vacation is over. From the comfortable rooms to the meticulous gardens and lawns, the house is beautiful inside and out - just like the owner! If you stay here once you will definitely want to come back again year after year.

  Why would you stay anywhere else in Ocean Grove? The Windamer (Sally's House!) has the best location, the best landlady, the best property, the best amenities and the best apartments for rent in town! I've been renting with her in the off-season (late fall/winter/spring) for years and the Windamer is truly My Happy Place. Go to sleep with the sound of the waves. Wake up to ocean light. Cross the street to the beach. Spend your time in a quaint, whimsical, incredibly comfortable apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house is quiet and friendly in tone, so relaxing! The front and side porches of the house are ample and welcoming. Picnic tables, landscaping, beach bikes, barbecue grills and great parking! Plus Sally! Sally is the Icing on this Gingerbread House. If you wind your way to the Windamer, you won't believe how lucky you are--I know that's how I feel.
