There was a printed had a timeline to guide me, and people who were interested! Moving to an unknown city was made easier and friendlier than could be expected! He is knowledgeable on almost every aspect of the process including construction costs and repairs and the markets trends. He is also knowledgeable of the financing end of the process which was a reassuring experience in the process. We’d highly recommend him to anyone traversing the real estate waters in todays market!! -

(June 9, 2023, 12:15 pm)I was referred to Dom through a friend. Working with him was an amazing experience as a first time homebuyer. He made the process as stress free as possible. Very attentive and responsive. I worked with another realtor right before finding him and had a completely different experience - non responsive and dismissive. I’d recommend Dom to anyone in the Philly area and will definitely be returning for my next purchase!

(March 5, 2023, 12:38 pm)I would like to take the time to say Dom was heaven sent.. The day I met him, it all started off with me just looking to rent a new space because I needed more space. He began to broaden my horizons with pushing me towards buying. I stuck by his side with faith in him. His work ethics were very genuine he was very professional and friendly at the same time. He focused solely on me and my wants and stayed on top of me when I had unsure moments. We almost closed on a home twice before I found my dream home. I could contact him at any time of the day, and he was very eager to get the process started with me and for me. He kept up on deadlines a week or two ahead, so I was never behind on a thing. My offers were always accepted, and I am thankful he matched me with a good lender. Today, I am in a nice home with more space, and Dom made that happen. I haven't personally met the entire team, but if you're looking for a cool down to earth realtor that will focus on your goals and needs 100%, he's your guy!! Thank you again, Dom Furgeson!!
