  I used Crescent Real Estate Brokerage for my home purchase closing and am very happy with their services. Brendan and his team were very responsive even at odd hours. His team were very patient in explaining documents that I needed to provide, and if I missed anything they would immediately notify me. Their process is super efficient where I was able to close a lot earlier than the normal 30 day process. I would recommend Crescent to all my friends.

  Brendan and his team did an outstanding job in our recent home sale and purchase. His knowledge of the area is extensive, his understanding of market dynamics and negotiation tactics are top notch, and I believe his framing of our offer to the sellers was the sole reason we got this house. He is kind, personable, thorough and proactive. You can not ask for a better realtor.

  We were first-time home buyers with Brendan at Crescent Realty and were so happy we chose him to be our realtor! He was helpful in explaining the details involved and walking us through what to expect throughout the process. His quick replies really kept us informed and feeling at ease. He even gave us great recommendations on inspection and abstract but never pressured us to go with his suggestions (they just happened to be the best even after we shopped around). Overall, Brendan made the home-buying process as smooth as possible for us!

  Brendan came recommended to us from friends and family. From day one working with him, he was honest, responsive and an advocate for what we wanted in a home. Although we are not looking to move from the wonderful house Brendan helped us snag, we will work with him again, and definitely recommend him to anyone else in our inner circle who is looking for a trustworthy and professional realtor.
