  Deanna has helped my husband and me, as well as my brother, both sell and buy houses over the years and I am continually impressed by the breadth of her skill and talent. She has a keen awareness of the market and is tremendously strategic in her approach to negotiations. Just recently, in a very tough buyers' market, she helped us buy a house we love, that was in our price range, and addressed all of our very specific requirements. In addition to her keen business sense, she is delightful to work with – a great communicator, tireless, upbeat, pragmatic, and supportive. I recommend her highly.

  Working with Deanna to buy our new home and sell our first home was a wonderful experience. A friend referred us to her and told us she felt like a family member to them - and now I totally understand why! She was easily to stay in contact with for us, flexible with helping us see houses quickly when the market was at it's hottest, communicated well with the agents of the other clients that we were working with to buy from and sell to. She is also incredibly knowledgable about small details about homes that are important to buyers, especially for those of us with young families.
  I would highly recommend working with Deanna and her team - I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, she will be our first call!

  Deanna was highly recommended to us, and we are so glad that we went with her! She helped my boyfriend and I navigate the home-buying process as first time home buyers. We toured houses all over Bucks, Berks, MontCo, Chester counties and NJ until we found the one for us. She was always responsive when we had questions or needed to place a bid, even on the weekends and holidays. Deanna really cares about her clients and is always eager to help, even suggesting great contacts for the different things we needed. She was so thoughtful and even gave us a congratulatory gift when we closed on our home this past May! We were lucky to have her as our agent and would highly recommend her to our family and friends!

  Deanna was recommended to us highly by a trusted friend who raved about her for the various houses and real estate deals she had assisted him with as his agent. Deanna helped us get into our first house and she was worth every bit of praise. She went above and beyond with the extra assistance we needed -- we had a baby during this whole process -- and was extremely knowledgeable through every aspect of the buying process, from the housing market even to general house knowledge you'd expect from an experienced home inspector. We will definitely work with her in the future if needed and will recommend her to all friends and family.
