He was very knowledgable and had lots of input to help with my decision on what marble to choose. And what a nice guy as well. He even helped me figure out just how much tile I needed for my project, floor,walls, shelving etc. my shower turned out great. Thanks Richard for all the help.

Richard was our salesman, and I can’t say enough great things about him. He has a great eye, and design sense. In addition, he is professional and extremely personable.
I had design ideas prior to arriving but Richard really helped us put that vision together. The tile was ordered and arrived 3 days later.
Just fantastic service!

She made the process easy for us since she listened to our goals and was knowledgable about the inventory. She quickly narrowed down our choices based on our tastes. She set up a series of designs, helping us to see possibilities, and select appropriate framing tiles for a medallion, as well as plainer tiles for the rest of the space. When we returned to pick up the tiles, she laid out the design with precise measurements, took photos and give us a detailed plan for our contractor,
She made the process actually pleasurable and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking expert advice. -

(May 22, 2023, 2:59 pm)Renovated our master bath and didn’t know where to begin. Went to Lowe’s, Home Depot, floor and decor, and Avalon. Seems like you get what you pay for and Maria at the tile shop provided us guidance and expertise at a level well beyond the other stores. With her help along with the high quality tile, our master bath came out better than we expected:
