All employees were kind and attentive and the job got done quickly and efficiently. We absolutely love the floors and couldn’t be happier. Dean answered all our questions and made the process smooth. 12x16 carpet folded to be 4x6 worked fine for my 5 ft. bed pickup. -

(November 19, 2022, 1:06 pm)This is my second experience with Lomax. I had carpet installed on the second floor and it blew me away so much I installed hardwoods downstairs. Let me just shout out to “my” amazing team. Rebekah is my sales and design person. She makes sure I have everything I want, honest opinions, decent prices and if I don’t know what I want, she pulls magic out out of her hat. She knows the inventory better than anyone and always comes back with more options for my design scheme. I had a very tight timeline from a delay when I closed on my house to be able to order a discontinued item two months before I moved in. I don’t know how she made it work, but she made sure I got my carpet and it arrived on time. Thiago and his hardwood flooring guys are the absolute best! They took time in every cut and made sure that the job was done with high quality and care. We thought there would be a leveling problem by the staircase and he made sure to give me all of the possible scenarios up front. They were here all day and even into the evening to make sure the floor was perfect for today, Thanksgiving. They are so friendly, efficient and an absolute joy to have in my new home. I don’t know what else I can possibly say about the Lomax team but I am a lifetime customer at this point. I will be back for the kitchen and bath remodels. You have no idea how many times Lomax came through for me during these processes. I love you guys so much and thank you for everything!!

(August 26, 2022, 9:05 am)I purchased new carpeting from Lomax in August 2021and could not be happier with the selection, customer service, and installation team! In working with the rep in the store, she listened to what I was asking for and made suggestions on styles. They had a large selections and the prices were much better than other competitor sin the area. The installation went super smooth!
