I love how you set up an appointment and get undivided and uninterrupted attention, Christine had great ideas and suggestions for what we wanted. She thought of everything and made the process SO easy! Their selection is also extensive which is wonderful, you don’t feel like you need to shop around.
Christine & Erin’s responsiveness is also incredibly refreshing! We ran in to an issue where our installer laid the tile crooked to the room and they had us replacement tile to have someone else fix the job in no time. They’re truly amazing to work with and I wouldn’t look anywhere else if you are looking to select tile for any projects in your home or otherwise! You won’t get a better experience anywhere else. -

With that said, I am writing this review of The Tile Lady for both of those reasons! From the scheduling of our initial appointment and consultation to the delivery and extra assistance that we needed mid project……Christine and especially Erin were nothing short of incredible. During this period of big box mega stores, it was refreshing to know that a local establishment could compete price wise and exceed our expectations with regard to service. The suggestions and continuous communication throughout our experience made a home improvement project much less stressful. Don’t waste time going to other places…..make The Tile Lady your first and last stop for all of your needs! Dennis & Cathy A

You book an appointment and she gives you her undivided attention, a true rarity in any industry. She asks smart questions, presents concepts for feedback and then really works with you to select tiles. And she isn't afraid to get into the details and work with a contractor if you have one. Our bathroom wouldn't have been success without her. She's one of a kind. Hope we can work with her again.

We went into this process overwhelmed with information and choices, but they helped us pick the right materials for our lifestyle that would not only look gorgeous, but be easy to maintain and long-lasting. Their customer service is above and beyond and we always enjoyed stopping in to see the ladies (and of course Lucy).
We are thrilled with our backsplash and flooring and would highly recommend The Tile Lady Designs to anyone looking to renovate their space! -
