FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Berkeley Heights

Fyzical Therapy Center (Berkeley Heights) is the best physical therapy center I have ever been to. I gave it a 5 but would rate it higher, if I could. Astaire is a very professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring therapist who always goes above and beyond to provide the best care and treatment for you. Ray does an excellent job with scheduling appointments and processing paperwork. I highly recommend this facility and Astaire Perez.

Exceptional Physical Therapy Experience

I'm Giselle, a 22-year-old dealing with chronic knee and ankle pain. I recently started seeing Astaire, a physical therapist, and I can't recommend her enough. She's given me a routine that's been perfect for my needs, and the laser treatment she suggested has made a huge difference right away.
Astaire is not just knowledgeable, she's also genuinely kind and enthusiastic about her work. It's clear she cares about her patients and is committed to helping them get better. If you're in need of physical therapy, definitely give Astaire a try. She's been a game changer for me.
P.S. She also recommended arch support slippers that have really helped to lessen my pain. A small suggestion, but it made a big difference!

Physical therapist Astaire is the best ever! All their services is exceptional and they focus on making you feel better, doing one on one focused treatment and go above and beyond to help you with your issues. The laser therapy is 100% recommended. Mom’s back pain almost instantly went away. After her first treatment, she didn’t even have to use her lower back brace support anymore. Highly recommended!!

Astaire is a wonderful physical therapist and a great person. These are one on one sessions and she actually listens to what you have to say about your body. My family and I have seen exceptional results after going to her for several weeks. I highly recommend her!

This is the best Physical Therapy I've been to. I went from no range of motion to full range in less than a month. From 9-10 in the pain scale to 1 in less than 2 weeks. Astaire really cares for her patients and seldom do I see therapist take their time to really address issues and rush their treatment.

The care they provide and all the possible treatments on the problem area, they really golet to the root of the problem. They really know what they are doing and they even have that new laser that is truly magic and super helpful to my pain. Besides learning she is a Dr. of PT, the care and concern & expertise Astaire provides is why for me this is the best Physical Therapy place I've been to.
