Switch For Life is a simple and easy plan to follow. Jill is not only an excellent teacher, but she is compassionate and wants to see everyone succeed. She was patient in answering all of our questions and gave handouts to make this diet practical and easy to follow. I highly recommend this for anyone regardless of what stage of life you are in. You won't be disappointed with Jill or the program! Very good!
