  Stayed 2 nights in July. Very clean and quiet. Beds were nice and good air conditioning despite 99 degrees outside. Easy to downtown New Milford.

  The family that runs this Inn go above and beyond to make sure that all the needs of anyone who wishes to stay here are met.
  
  The value for the quality of the newly renovated rooms is unbeatable in this area.
  
  And the Housatonic River is right out the back where you have not only a great view, but a spot to relax and soak in the sun while listening to the calming sounds of the water.
  
  I do not know if you are permitted to fish there, as I did not have the time to personally attempt to try, but if this were allowed, than you would have an amazing spot right outside your door.
  
  If I am in this area and in need of lodging, I know that this is a no-brainer for me and I can guarantee you will consider yourself fortunate once you gave it a shot if in need of lodging in the area.

I am blessed and grateful to have had the opportunity to meet you all and enjoyed the conversations shared and appreciate all the extra effort you showed in meeting my last-second and extra-ordinary needs at times.   I booked the last available room in the area. It wasn’t cheap - then we were surprised when we pulled up to the building look like a Motel. My husband said: oh no! We will be so disappointed, I’m sure. We don’t know how other rooms looks like, but our was a big surprise. It was in main building and was very modern, clean, spacious and had a huge window with a river view. I’m not sure it was worth it $286 per night (we exactly spend there 9 hours), but it was a pleasure. Hotel doesn’t have breakfast included to the price or even to buy. It have a coffee maker and fridge in hotel rooms and it is a snack kiosk in the lobby. Desk lady was also very welcoming and informative. We loved there. Unfortunately weather was bad and we couldn’t enjoy the seats by the river. The only issue we found was no USB inputs for any chargers. That was a lot power outlets but any of them had usb.

  Our rooms were beautiful with a lovely view of the river. Felt upscale with great value for the money. People in the office were very nice too! Totally recommend if you are coming to this area.

  This is a motel Style establishment where you enter directly into your room for most of the rooms. It is located on a on a river and has pretty views if you have a room with rear facing windows. It appears to have been updated in the last 10 yeas. Everything is slightly dated but still very clean. The employees I dealt with were very polite and very prompt with service. Has a few small things for sale like snacks, dru KS and toiletries in the main office e building. Beds are OK sheets a little rough but overall clean. Fir the price it was a nice stay.
