  The server we had, Felipe, was exceptional. He seemed to be genuinely passionate about his work. This is definitely a place we will return to. We enjoyed our steak very much. There are good things said about their sushi, so I'd like to try it next time

  Reservations are a must! We were seated promptly and our wait staff, Daniel came to greet us. The service, the food and dessert were delicious. We had the bacon, Crispy Rice with sushi, Fillet mignon, dry aged T bone and a delicious chocolate dessert. This was the perfect dinner, everything was just right. I spoke to the manager,David Gonzalez and complimented him on the great service & food. It is always nice to let restaurants know when you are happy. By the way,if you only want to eat sushi, it is better than many sushi places in the area.

  Absolutely phenomenal! Everything was delicious, the service was great, couldn't have asked for better. We loved the tomahawk steak - ordered rare and it came perfectly cooked with a delicious rub.
  All the entree's came with a simple yet flavorful salad.
  The crispy rice and calamari were great apps - with the crispy rice being a good combo of textures & flavor and even someone in our group who doesn't like fish - loved both the crispy rice w/ tuna & calamari.
  The cheesecake is dreamy, and flavorful and honestly I could eat a whole one.
  To top it all off our server was very helpful with explaining things from the menu & providing reccomendations!
  
  I can't wait to go back.

  LISTEN, for the 1st time in my reviews did I ever read other reviews before I will post my comments. I have been eating here at least 4 plus years, And Was Never Disappointed!!! A few comments said this was the worst they had, I would not get in a debate with their feelings But River Palm is Top Shelf. Some what Dark Yes!!!, a little Loud depending on the time of day!!! BUT THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT!!! & SERVICE HITS THE MARK FOR ME. IT IS WHAT I EXPECT FROM A GOOD STEAK HOUSE!!!! I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I have traveled with a major league baseball team in cities around the country and River Palm is just as Good and in many cases better than other steak houses.
  And my reviews never steered people wrong. Hope all see it the way I do!!!

  Nice restaurant, but a bit on the dark side. Not easy to read menu or enough light to see my food well to trim the fat. Bit on the noisy side as well due to crowds. Dinners came with complimentary house salad. Crab cakes were good. Steaks were good, but mine was a bit undercooked. Service was ok, better to go when it is less busy. No one checked on us for long periods and we had to flag our waiter who was busy with other tables. Expected more in service since it is an expensive dinner we should get service to match. Manager was great, checking on table and pitching in versus just standing around.
