(June 12, 2023, 6:17 pm)"I have been living at The Reserve for 1 year now, and I must say it's been an amazing experience so far. The management team is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Christian, in the leasing office, is always attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure that all my needs are met. The maintenance staff, particularly John, is always kind and very responsive. Anytime I have had an issue, it has been resolved promptly and professionally.
I appreciate how the management team takes care of the property, and it shows in the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the apartment complex. The amenities are also fantastic, with a great pool and fitness center that are always kept clean and in good condition.
Overall, I am very happy with my decision to live at The Reserve, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living experience." -

(April 1, 2023, 4:59 pm)I moved out of The Reserve a few weeks ago because my lease was up and I started a new job in Nassau. While I really like my new place, I miss being a resident of The Reserve. The apartments and neighbors are really nice; it's so easy to jump on the LIE and Wm. Floyd Pkwy; Walmart is a five minute walk and other stores are opening; and I have a dog - it was very walkable with all of the sidewalks in and around both complexes. Christian, the asst. manager is amazing! I can't say enough good things about him. He's professional, caring, friendly, and whatever it is, he gets the job done. If every complex had someone like him, they'd be very lucky. He's a great asset to the community, as is John, the only person I came in contact with from maintenance. John is also professional, caring, and friendly. If I ever get a job closer to this area, I'd definitely move back into The Reserve. It really felt like home to me.
