  Brio at the boulevard is a fantastic place to live! The grounds are perfectly maintained, the place is always spotless thanks to the kind amazing cleaning crew, and amenities are absolutely fantastic! One major thing I would love to note is how wonderful the maintenance team is here! You put a service request in and immediately they are there to help in anyway they can! They make this place a beautiful place to live and go above and beyond to make sure this community runs as smoothly as it does! I would like to really make a special shout-out to John and Tim for ALWAYS taking care of us and with a smile on their face! They are super kind and always do a perfect job! Highly recommend this community to any couple or person of any age if you are looking for a quiet, gorgeous, community!

  Moving into a first apartment can be overwhelming, but not with the team at The Brio. Jeff was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He answered any and all of the questions we had and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. We have been loving living here at the Brio and using all of the awesome amenities! We feel very welcomed and at home thanks to the Brio team.

  We searched long and hard on Long Island to find a rental suitable for our family…with amenities, new construction, and a place that suites our lifestyle. We moved in 18 months ago and haven’t regretted a single day.
  
  We came from owning and selling a single family home and our version of “home” has only been updated since. We are in a 3 level townhome (garage underneath). It has ample space for all my husbands tools and my child’s play toys. Each bedroom has walk in closets and it’s own bathroom. The amount of light that shines through is unbelievable and you have front row seats to sunsets.
  
  The leasing office takes care of everything within a timely manner and never dismisses even the smallest concern. Maintenance is not only friendly but beyond respectful and thorough with their work. They do so much for residents and are always very happy when we visit the office. We have Walmart along with shops and restaurants across the street and the community is very walkable with sidewalks! Wouldn’t have chosen any other rental community. (Also- your neighbors are like friends)

  We moved into the Brio in November. I must say it was the best decision we could have made. The Brio has exceeded every expectation. Last weekend, we experienced the pool and BBQ area and it was amazing. Whenever we have a problem, the office staff and maintenance team take care of it immediately and efficiently. All of the residents are so friendly and welcoming. The clubhouse and gym make this the perfect place to live!

  The Brio at the Boulevard is one of the newest and nicest communities in Shirley. It is strategically located near Walmart and other stores set to open in 2023.
  
  As soon as you enter the lobby, you can find the gym at the club house and the outdoor swimming pool behind it. In terms of size, the gym is not large, but it is adequate. There is a private party room upstairs that can be rented for a private event. It is all new, clean, and well maintained.
  
  Depending on your needs, they have different layouts and sizes. A well-thought-out layout is included, as well as stainless steel appliances.
  My only complaint about the kitchen is the built-in microwave and overhead hood. When heavy cooking is involved, they are not particularly effective.
  
  All in all, the Brio at the Boulevard is one of the best apartments in the Shirley area.
