The views and trails were breathtaking and it is just a short ride from Great Barrington. If you need an escape from the city for the weekend, or a place to work for a week - this is a great option. Recommended highly.

(February 23, 2014, 11:41 pm)Perfect in every way. Extremely spacious while being cozy. Gorgeous views, working fireplace, Steinway piano, tons of bedrooms, decks, a loft space, huge kitchen, beautifully decorated. Perfect for an artistic retreat or family/friend getaway. We cannot wait to return.

(February 13, 2014, 12:47 am)A wonderful place to escape the city, be in nature, enjoy the quiet, find your center and breathe the fresh air! The house is perfect for large families or small groups. It has a nice big kitchen next to an incredible deck, overlooking an epic view. There is an amazing bath tub for relaxing and a fire place that works well. I had a wonderful time at The Race Mountain House!
