  I don’t know where to start, we had some nightmare experiences with other realtors and thought we would represent ourselves. (Bad idea) We then found Eric, he basically said umm you need a realtor and declared himself helping us which we loved. He worked with us to find us the perfect house in such a crazy market, even if a few houses fell through. The house we bought in the end really is perfect. We truly would not be homeowners today without him and his team. They are all super knowledgeable about real estate and make the first time home buying process way simpler. We loved Fairground, if we ever sell and purchase a new home again, my first call will be Eric!

  Would highly recommend Eric and Fairground. Eric was extremely patient in helping my wife and I buy our first home. He went out of his way to assist us through each step of the process and his knowledge and expertise in all things homes, including construction, is unmatched.

  I had the pleasure of working with Eric when selling my house after my husband passed away. He was an incredibly kind person and was so considerate of what my family and I were going through. The house that I was selling meant more to me than anyone could ever know and he knew that and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable through the process. He and his team are a group of talented and smart people who will stop at nothing to make sure that their client is happy and taken care of in any, and every way possible.   It was a pleasure to work with Eric for the sale of our home in the Berkshires. Eric was consistently professional, responsive, and went "above and beyond" to close the sale.   Simply put, Eric was FANTASTIC to work with. Our house was put on the market swiftly and was treated with respect throughout the process. He helped us address a bunch of odds and ends that were difficult as we were selling a house from out of state. Additionally, he provided us with great guidance throughout the sales process.
