  Actually quite positive experience staying in Ponds at Foxhollow. Wi-Fi is indeed a problem but otherwise expectations were met. It is a quiet location in mid-summer. There is an opportunity to walk around the property (road to condos at Lakeside is picturesque).

  As General Manager at the Ponds at Foxhollow, I take the safety of our owners and guests seriously and after speaking with your party this week it was agreed that I would be obtaining more information on the incident and your party would be providing me with an email account and recommended compensation. Since you have decided to post a review and not follow through with what was agreed upon I am unsure how to proceed.
  Other guests were satisfied with room moves during the same incident and remarked on their good stays with us. I continue to collect information on this incident and remain vigilant with maintaining property safety and guest satisfaction.

  Needed a relaxing getaway and this hit the spot. With the bad weather, the library, with the gas fireplace was ideal. My daughter was able to get her homework done, while I read a book. They have a large selection of books to read. The clubhouse also has an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Lenox, Lee and Great Barrington are all nice towns and the Lee outlets are minutes from here. The hiking trail to go up Monument Mountain is also nearby. Plenty of food places around as well. Rates were better than nearby Oak & Spruce and I found the openness of the property very enjoyable to walk around. Terrific scenery around for pictures. Having a condo with the fireplace, which is for artificial logs only, was much better than a hotel room. We look forward to going back.
