  Miraval was genuinely a dream. I went with a day pass and right from the start everything was incredible. They valet parked my car, gave me clear directions on how to get around, and I even got a personal tour of the entire spa. The lockers were safe and roomy, hot tubs and pools amazing, food phenomenal, and massage astounding. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an ultimately relaxing getaway.

  Overall a lovely stay! Nice variety of classes. Great breakfast. Some minor details were below the standard I think they want to set (dust on shelves in room, very thin toilet paper, very slow [not relaxing] dining service).

  My husband and I went to Miraval for a 3 day getaway and had a very relaxing stay. ALL of the staff were very welcoming and made sure that our experience was exceptional. Those that stood out were Bryan at the valet, Sarah and Emily in the spa, as well as Will and Simon for activities. They do a very good job of helping you coordinate your experience prior to your stay, but if you are new to this type of getaway like we were and didn't really know what to expect, their Experience Planners were helpful in guiding you once you arrived. The food was delicious with a variety of plant-based options as well, and the rooms were spacious. The device-free zones were exactly what we needed during our stay. I will definitely go back. Make sure you book the Manuka Honey Facial. It was AMAZING!!!

  I have been in the healing and wellness world for almost 25 years and was not only impressed by the quality of the experience at Miraval but will return again and again to work with the healers they have, take classes and enjoy a sense of deep relaxation that they have perfected in their resort. The food is also by far some of the best spa hotel food I have ever had, it was healthy, fresh and made with creativity and intention. I am very grateful for my time and Miraval and cannot wait to return! Do yourself a favor, make sure to do the Vibrational Sound healing and also the Transformational Thai massage with Scot V. Relaxed, renewed and so happy!
