Had a great experience with Bill and the team at The Plasma Infusion. Bill took out the time to respond to my emails, even before I was a paying customer. And then went above and beyond arranging delivery, recording a video running me through the product, and answering my questions once I received my machine. An absolute legend, and I will be coming back for my next purchase.

My purchase from The Plasma Infusion has been my favorite online purchase to date. I wish more stores could provide even half the amazing customer service Bill does. This was my first machine purchase and I already want to buy more just to show my support to this business. I could not have found a better store and can't stop raving about The Plasma Infusion's customer service in everyday conversation. This was a purchase I will never forget and cannot stress just how well this business conducts themselves.
