  Whole experience was quick and easy. Excellent staff from consult to installation. Said it would take about 4 weeks for our custom blinds to come in and then we would need to schedule installation. Got an email two weeks after ordering saying the blinds had arrived and they could install them that morning. They did just that, and we are super happy with the result! Will definitely be giving them more business in the near future.

  Zack came out twice to make sure that I and my wife were extremely satisfied with our colors, blinds, shades, and other options before putting together multiple quotes to get us exactly what we wanted for a great price. The guy who came to install was also very friendly and efficient, making sure to demonstrate how to best operate each device before leaving.

  We originally had a poor experience with a local blinds company which led us to find Budget Blinds. I’m so happy we did! Pete and his son were excellent with communication from start to finish. I put an inquiry in online and Pete called the next day to set up our consultation. His son came to do our consultation and was extremely kind, taking his shoes off at the door and patient walking us through options. The entire process didn’t feel rushed or pressured unlike the competitors. When our blinds arrived, Pete was able to schedule us for the very next day for install. He walked me through how to properly use our skylight hook and even had me do it myself in front of him to ensure I was comfortable doing it on my own. Overall 10/10 with experience, quality and satisfaction. Can’t wait to use them for other projects in the future!
