(May 25, 2023, 12:33 pm)I love Pilates and the Pilates Project Studio. When I began Pilates 2 years ago, I wasn’t sure I could do it. I had never taken gymnastics, dance, and I am not athletic at all.
Knowing that I needed the exercise, I joined a gym but hated the boredom of the treadmill and the other machines. But Pilates looked interesting to me. One day on a whim at age 80 I stopped into the Pilates Project studio. I immediately loved my instructor Alissa. She gave me confidence that I could do this.
Now at age 82, I enjoy my 2 weekly sessions, feeling invigorated. My endocrinologist said she believes Pilates has helped me take my diabetic A1C number from 6.2 down to 5.6. -

Alyssa and Michelle are so amazing and have really made me feel comfortable and have helped me learn the whole art of Pilates. Thank you Pilates project!

(March 6, 2023, 11:35 am)The Pilates project offers a great variety of classes. I just finished Pilates with weights. The class is challenging. As you work out you feel every muscle working. The instructor is fantastic and makes sure you're not only using the correct muscles but you are using the correct form. When you're done you really feel like you worked all parts. You feel great!

(November 9, 2022, 11:05 pm)I have loved my experience at The Pilates Project and my body has transformed over the course of my training. Things hurt less, I stand taller, I look leaner... I love the classical approach that this studio follows and Sandi and Catherine have both been amazing teachers for me. They both take the time to consider my individual strengths & weaknesses and constantly challenge me every week.
