I have been working for over a year to resolve a bill that was incorrectly billed to me. Through many phone calls and emails I was still getting the same results, pay the bill. I then reached out to Erika Koppel for help. Erika immediately jumped right in and gathered the necessary information from me so she could begin her investigation. From there, Erika took the lead and communicated with both the provider and the insurance carrier to request the bill be reviewed. Next thing I know, the issue was sent for appeal. Within a month of me being notified that the case was under appeal I received notification that the case was overturned via appeal and guess what, the bill was paid by the insurance provider. Thank you so much Erika.
It should be noted that I did not once have to reach out to Erika for updates. Erika always kept me informed at each stage of the process. She even checked in with me outside of the process to see if I was receiving anything she had not. Each step I felt that Erika had my back and she had the determination to see this issue get resolved. Which is exactly what she did.
