After a swing and a miss with another firm that assigned my case to a snidely aloof and apathetic paralegal who was notably disinterested in the case, I hit a home run when I found Mark. I had just graduated high school and i was so confused with what to do when my car got completely totaled. My father told me to call Mark and though i was skeptical at first i could not be more thankful that i called him that day and never looked back. Mark is extremely attentive and cared about everything i had to say. He always kept me up to date with everything through the entire process and i never felt like i was alone. He always gave me a second opinion when i was unsure about what doctor to see for my injuries and made excellent recommendations.
