(August 9, 2023, 9:06 am)Lovely little inn. The rooms were clean and just as you would expect at an inn. The only negatives were that the lobby music was left on all night downstairs and it kept us awake. I also wish breakfast had been offered earlier or that there were more grab and go options. We had to leave early and therefore didn’t get to eat breakfast. Overall, great stay and we would definitely return.

(July 17, 2023, 5:20 pm)I stayed at this Charming Inn while visiting my son at French Woods. I'm pretty picky about hotels and was skeptical because I booked this last minute but I was so pleasantly surprised. The historic building is so charming and they add just the right amount of modern touches. The bar/ eating area is small but beautiful and there is an old bowling alley at the back of the building. When I arrived, Phil, the super sweet manager greeted me with freshly baked oatmeal cookies that were sooo good. I took a nap after the cookies and went back to French Woods for my sons performance. My room in the main house was very clean and cozy and I'm sure I will return again. There are no food options on most days so, would be great if there were some kind of snacks around since there is absolutely nothing in the town but, luckily, I wasn't hungry . Phil served coffee and breakfast in the am. I am not much of a breakfast person but the coffee was great. It would be an amazing place to rent out with a handful of friends for the weekend. This was a great and surprising find!

(June 15, 2023, 12:54 pm)We loved our time here! A few things to note: housekeeping didn't come, and the downstairs area had lots of cobwebs around the windows and ceiling fan. Everything else was perfectly clean and lovely, just some details that were hard not to notice. Overall, we would still come back :-)
