(September 1, 2023, 9:43 am)My son’s been with Michael for six months or so. Michael. Is much more than just a piano teacher. He can teach music production and theory as well (something I’ve seen missing from other piano teachers that focus on rote learning of one piece after another) and is great with neurodivergent students. And he’s fun!

(May 6, 2022, 6:14 pm)My son, who has mild ASD and has struggled with anxiety, has just started working with Michael, and already I can see that this is going to be a tremendously wonderful experience for him! Michael did an excellent job in making him feel comfortable immediately. He is fun, engaging, and, in a non assuming way, has started teaching my son some very important fundamentals about piano and music and is already bringing out the best in him. Already my son feels excited and motivated to learn piano but even more importantly in developing a friendship with someone who I suspect will become an important mentor and role model for him over time! I have no reservations in highly recommending Michael!

(January 17, 2022, 5:22 pm)My son started working with Michael at the beginning of the school year. He has made great progress in a short amount of time. Michael is a very encouraging, patient, and extremely organized piano teacher. He pays attention to detail, without overwhelming my son. He tailors the lesson according to what my son needs. His bright personality empowers and motivates my son to enjoy music and to do his best.
He clearly understands that teaching piano is not all about sharing his knowledge, but also forming relationships, which motivates the students to love music for life. I highly recommend Michael if you want your children to deepen their knowledge of music and to have music as a lifelong joy and gift. -

(January 11, 2022, 12:54 pm)I started with at the beginning of December ,2021. I reached over the phone , he made sure to focus on my level on playing and what I wanted to learn and where I wanted to go playing the piano . Shortly after I started , and it’s only a month later and I’m playing better than I’ve played before on my own. I am still taking lessons here !
the assignments he gives to practice during the week are just enough to keep you until the next lesson . It’s also nice to hear him play. It’s gets even more fun when you see yourself understanding and playing along , then you get even more motivated to continue to learn . I would 100% recommend taking lessons here . 🙌🏽
