  This team is the best! Ryan was responsive and helped us find our dream home and sell our former home in less than 60 days! He really took the time to get to know us and what was important to us and was a true partner in the process. What I liked most about how he handled things was the fact that he would weed out houses that he knew wouldn't fit every one of our specifications. We were pretty picky ourselves, but with his added honesty and perspective, the home search was not only easy but it was a lot of fun. Our only regret is that the process wrapped up so quickly so we didn't get more time with Ryan and the team! We are glad, though, to call them lifelong partners and will definitely use them for future investments.

  Working with Mariel and team to relocate from Florida to Pennsylvania was such a smooth and joyful process.   Home buying/selling is a stressful process especially in today’s crazy market but Mariel and her team made it stress free and helped us sell for WAY over ask and buy the home of our dreams at a price below market appraisal!! Mariel helped us understand market movements, and made us feel comfortable with any expectations with both selling and buying. To simply put it, Mariel puts her clients first, and will fight for them in any type of situation.
