  Spring Hill Realty, Inc. is awesome!! 5 stars from start to finish. Most special thanks to Ashley M. who responds quickly and who has helped me and my family significantly with our move to beautiful Mainland Pointe. This has been the best moving experience I've ever had as I've moved multiple times in the past 20 years. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and friendly and have answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner! When you spot the owner, Bryan H. working hands on in the buildings, you know you are moving into a quality property with people who truly care! Thank you again!!

  We have not rented for 50 years! So we were a little apprehensive. However, living here in Mainland pointe has been an extreme pleasure! The apartment is lovely with a lot of upgrades that we did not expect. The staff is extremely helpful. Cindy and Ashley in the office and Mike and Ed from maintenance are phenomenal!

  I’ve been renting from Spring Hill Realty for going on 5 years. I’ve had nothing but good experiences from both the office staff as well as the maintenance staff. I’ve had minimal maintenance issues, however when I put in a service request they were quick to respond. Their maintenance staff is some of the friendliest people I’ve met, and they really seem to enjoy their job! They are on top of outside maintenance- and do an excellent job during the winter clearing snow and salting the sidewalks and steps. I recently moved across the street to a larger unit and the office staff made the process easy and as stress free as possible. The staff in the office at Upland Village takes pride in keeping the buildings and grounds looking great and always give a friendly hello when they see you! I have no plans of leaving anytime soon!
