  As a personal trainer, I love training my clients at The Lost Breed gym. The environment is hospitable, allowing new gym goers to feel comfortable performing their workouts without judgement. The community is not only welcoming, but very encouraging. Whether you need a spotter, some words of encouragement, or just a reassuring smile - I am positive you will find it here!

  This gym offers a one-of-a-kind experience that's conveniently located right off the highway and positioned behind a shopping center. The upgrades that new management have made (new lights, additional equipment, updated paint and murals) provide a unique experience for its members. They pride themselves on a welcoming environment for all. On top of all that, they have their own clothing brand that you can purchase on the spot. I'm excited to see the gym's growth in the coming seasons and what new additions they have in store. The owners are great and offer plenty of workout plans, tips, and advice to help you achieve your fitness goals.

  The best gym I ever I went to. Making transition from edge to the lost breed best decision I ever made. The music and people are so cool who go to the gym. The people just focus on the workouts and don't be sitting around of their phones. This gym makes your workouts a lot better and help you finish a lot quicker compared to every other gym.

The entire vibe of the gym is motivating, helping you get on the grind and stay focused. The equipment is top-notch with plenty of options, and even when it gets busy, you never have to wait for something to free up. I love how they offer a variety of group workouts for both younger and older crowds. On top of all that, they have their own clothing brand that you can purchase on the spot. I'm excited to see the gym's growth in the coming seasons and what new additions they have in store. The owners are great and offer plenty of workout plans, tips, and advice to help you achieve your fitness goals.
