  This gym has over 14,500 sq ft of air conditioned space with every piece of modern equipment to fit all of your work out needs. You can easily move throughout the gym without feeling cramped. The owner, Bobby Hurd is an aggressive and motivated owner who listens to his customer's and staff ideas. He treats his staff and members like family. He is always purchasing new equipment and stays on top of maintaining the existing equipment. This gym is super clean as the staff is always on the move. The Gym sells apparel and has a full protein shake bar with a fully stocked refrigerator of energy drinks and pre-workout. The gym offers a wide variety of classes to include boot camps, Boxing, cardio kickboxing, TRX, rowing and personal training. If you are looking for a gym that offers a clean, friendly and family like environment, this is the one.

  Thanks to my wonderful trainers McKensie and Tre who helped me achieve my challenge. Completed Mt Washington 6288 ft elevation in 5 hours. Could have never done it without them. Thanks to Bob who also encouraged my climb.

  This gym is the real deal. I’m in town for a week, called and was told I can get a day pass for the week. Arrived without my wallet and they allowed me to workout without paying, trusting that I will come back the next day. Very friendly and excellent customer service. And did I say the gym is very well equipped? Oh yea, it is very well equipped and clean. Will come here every time im in town. 💪🏾

  Great facility and very friendly staff. Since I joined in 2019, I've been amazed by the investments made in terms of new equipment and also to the space itself. They are always striving to improve and get better. Can't recommend this gym enough!

  Best gym in the area hands down! Compared to other commercial gyms you’ll find go to has an amazing atmosphere, top tier equipment and machines, and amazing staff. With it being a small local gym, you can tell they really care about keeping their equipment well maintained, CLEAN, and they really care about giving you a great experience! I could never go back to a commercial gym after going here!
