  I fired two Realtors. Before hiring Tyler and his team, to say I had confidence in real estate agents would be a lie. I never shared this with Tyler but they were fired due to their lack of communication around such an important goal of mine. Even without Tyler knowing, I instantly knew I made the right choice. He sat me down and had a full consultation with me, he listened - I know he listened because he only brought me to homes that matched my criteria. After he set expectations, we shortly were under contract on my first home! He paired me with an amazing home lender, awesome home inspector and finally a great attorney and even my insurance rep. Every step of the way I felt like I was taken care of more than I could have imagined. His teams emails, calls and texts were so timely and systematic that I now have a new found respect for the importance of hiring a Realtor, well, the RIGHT Realtor. He will forever get my referrals - I cannot express enough my appreciation to him and his team. I feel like they should be training other Realtors to set an industry wide standard to how they operate! Thank you is not enough and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy a home now!

  Erin Anderson of The Leverage Team of Keller Williams did an amazing job helping me sell my home in CT! She made sure I understood every step of the process, as it was my first time selling a house. I believe that Erin helped make sure I got top dollar by showing me market analysis data, suggesting small repairs and tweaks to give the home more curb appeal, and her marketing campaign was super helpful. I couldn't be more happy with the help I received during my home selling process. I would have definitely used Erin as a home buyer as well but unfortunately we moved across the country! Thank you to Erin and The Leverage Team for help making our dreams a reality!!!

If you’re looking for someone with high integrity incredible heart and passion for her work and compassion for her clients, reach out to Erin. Not only does Erin do her job, and by doing her job I mean she tells you what’s gonna happen , she follows through, she actually does what she says she’s going to do! She also keeps an eye on all the other participants doing their pieces to make the transaction go through, and ensure that they are staying on their tasks, so the client feels as little stress as possible.   Tyler was such an amazing agent for us! From the beginning he was responsive and knowledgeable about each part of the home buying experience. He was fully transparent and extremely helpful with all the nuances of buying a home in CT. He truly treated us like friends, not just clients. Can’t find a better realtor!

  Tyler and the Phelps realty group really took care of us in 2020! What a crazy year to start looking for a home as a first time home buyer... the summer market was overwhelming to say the least. We were so intimidated by the multiple offer situations, that we pretty much decided to quit looking and keep renting. However, Tyler emailed us a house in November that we just had to see. He was quick to jump on it and him and his amazing team had us closed 30 days!! Which is incredible in this crazy market. Tyler is amazing and cool, calm, and collected. Even through the 2020 madness. He has a pulse on the market, and communicates well with the sellers to get the best offer for a given property. Tyler has an excellent eye for details when touring properties that home buyers may overlook to help his clients find the best possible home. Highly recommend!
