  From the moment we met Michele, we knew she was the agent for us. After talking with her, she understood where we were coming from and what we were looking for. We were not the easiest customers because what we were looking for is not readily available in this area. She never hesitated to show us any property we wanted to look at. We had a long list of non negotiables we wanted in our house and she was able to find us the perfect home in the location we wanted, in a very difficult market. Michele was always available and responded immediately to any calls or texts. Her experience in this market is what got us the home we wanted.   Michele and I worked together on a listing that I was selling. She took the time to call me after the listing had been taken off of the market because she knew it was perfect for her client. At the time we had taken it off because we had it under contract and our previous buyer failed to get financing and my seller was taking a break. It just so happened that they were not ready to put it back on the market but they would entertain a single showing. Because she took the extra step to reach out to me she was able to secure the purchase for her buyer. This willingness to go the extra step she exhibited throughout the entire transaction. A true professional that I would be happy to work with again.

  Michele came highly recommended to us by a friend. Within a few days of meeting her, we had already put in an offer on a house. She was able to draft up the perfect offer which ultimately resulted in us getting our house!
