  The Lacerda Team helped me sell my house in 2021. My husband had just passed away about 6 months earlier while we were in the middle of making repairs and renovations to the property. With my husband no longer present, I felt the need to sell my home, quickly, "As is." Andrea and her team were a godsend! I had considered other realtors to list the property, but decided on the Lacerda team because of their years of experience, good reputation, and belief that my property could still get top dollar in its condition. I was not disappointed. Andrea is so knowledgeable and experienced, and pays attention to detail. She is also very easy to work with and has a very positive and calming attitude that proved beneficial for me during the ups and downs of the selling process. I have to add that Joseph and Jesse were also instrumental to the selling process from Joseph's beautiful photography to capture the best features of my home to Jesse's singing to keep me calm during the removal of an oil tank discovered on my property. The Lacerda Team are true professionals and an expert package. I would highly recommend their services!

  Joe and Andrea were so pleasant to work with while searching and finally finding our first home. Joe is very responsive and always makes time to show properties or answer questions! Andrea is very knowledgeable about the business and was able to put any worries at ease (which there were a few, as first time home buyers). The team is extremely personable and I highly recommend them for any buying/selling needs.

  I could not have been more pleased by the work of Andrea and her team in helping me sell my Dad's home last year. She handled so many small details for me and was very attentive to my father's wishes. I have sold three other homes of my own but have never had a realtor like Andrea!

  Andrea was great to work with throughout the sale of our house. She is always very professional and courteous, and kept us fully informed during the sale of our house in South Plainfield. The communications with Andrea were excellent, my wife and I cannot thank her enough for getting our house sold so quickly and with very little effort from us. I would highly recommend Andrea and her team.
