He was very patient in working with us for three long years, and never pressured us to close on a house we didn’t want to commit to. His vast knowledge on real estate and his very thorough research helped guide us through this long journey. Finally, he had helped us close on a home within a very speedy three weeks. It was certainly not an easy close, but Chris and his team were very proactive in resolving all of the issues. This was only able to come to fruition because of Chris, the loan officer Rick, attorney Ron and their great work.
We absolutely recommend Chris 200% to anyone who’s looking for a great realtor. You will certainly not be disappointed, he is the best real estate agent in New Jersey! -

(December 18, 2017, 8:54 am)Chris is great. He is on top of the market and a great negotiator, while also being extremely personable and in tune with his clients' needs. He helped me sell about as unusual a residential property as I've ever encountered, and he was able to do so quickly despite the property's difficulties. Not only that, but he accurately predicted exactly who our target buyers would be and how much we'd be able to get!
I'll be using Chris again, for weird and "normal" properties alike!
