  I called for a service appointment last Friday, and they scheduled a service appointment the following Tuesday. They were able to complete the service that same day. What more could I ask for. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

  Unbelievable experience in such a positive way. Wally Frank and the owner, Leo Karl were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting me into a position where I could purchase my first vehicle! The customer service they provided was above anything that I expected. When working with them, never worry about needless phone calls or annoying emails, just be ready for high-quality customer service. I will sing the praises of this dealership to anyone who asks, and I look forward to working with them throughout the tenure of my lease and perhaps farther into the future. They were able to secure my dream first car, and to be a college student and have such a great experience goes above and beyond anything I was expecting. If you have any hesitations, give them a chance, they will not disappoint. There is no Chevrolet dealership I would’ve rather been at. In short, do business with them!

  Leo was great to work with. It’s nice to see the owner actively involved in the business. He cares. It was a great experience. We are lined up to buy two additional Chevys from Karl Chevrolet.

  Wally was phenomenal in every aspect. He explained everything clearly, and just made the whole process very smooth. I was comfortable to ask any question and get a straight forward answer with no BS. Will definitely look to deal with Karl in the future based on the honesty/integrity I got from Wally and the rest of the team.

  Absolute best car buying experience. I was able to order a Bolt EUV Premier through Walter and received it on January 3, 2023. Just an amazing experience and great car. They worked with me even though I live in Virginia and make it a simple process.
