(June 18, 2023, 8:00 pm)Cara is professional, courteous and efficient. I brought my car in for a brake fluid change. Cara did a system check and discovered several other pending service needs which weren’t urgent but recommended.
She explained each one, answered my questions, and I chose to have all of them done. Because this was now quite a bit of work, although I hadn’t reserved one she found me a loaner car and I was on my way within 20 minutes.
Throughout the time my car was in the shop, Cara was a good communicator. I’m pleased that it’s now going to be quite a while before I have to go back. I know my car is safe, clean, and performing well. -

The attendant that I dealt with was very pleasant and informative. I was very happy to return the loan car and get mine back.

I worked with Erik, who was very friendly and professional and made the whole process as smooth as possible.
