  I was in the market for a simple trailer to get my tractor back and forth between my properties. I just acquired a small plot and I didn't need a massive trailer, nor did I want a flimsy one either. My biggest problem was just getting a hitch installed. I figured once I had that issue resolved the rest would follow. I checked out Lowes and Homedepot and they had fine trailers but I was not impressed. I called around, my Honda dealership was no help! I tried uhaul, and they told me it would take 6 weeks just to get the hitch assembly in. I kept looking and found the Hitch Man. I spoke with Pete and explained my needs. He informed me the hitch assembly would be available in 2 days. I was blown away! I asked about simple trailers and he told me all about hobby/utility garden trailers that were coming in as we spoke. I looked online about the trailer he referred and I was sold!
  
  I am so impressed with the customer service I would give it 10 stars!!
  
  We spoke on the phone about my needs, emails with estimate, details on product. I was so confident about my purchase i arranged for the install of hitch and trailer.
  
  I was provided a detailed work order of exactly what would be performed and price with no hidden fees. Tags, title, and registration all in place.
  
  I couldn't be happier!

  Update. I've had the trailer now 2 years, and I'm still thrilled with my trailer! A slight issue that was remedied quickly and back to normal. Scott Ferguson, thank you! I can't explain the high level of customer service received! Simply the best! Oh, and I upgraded the hauler! I will be coming back to upgrade!
