I’ve lived in Aston 10 years and never knew this place was back in the industrial park. After seeing the many positive reviews for this place, I decided to go with them. My service advisor was Jeremy Russo. And he coordinated my rental car too. Jeremy was spot on with everything. Communication was superb, promises made were kept, and truck was in-and-out. Their work made my truck look brand new! I highly recommend Russo’s, I would not hesitate to use this hidden gem again. Thank you Jeremy and team!

(May 9, 2023, 2:43 pm)Thanks to other drivers, I have had to have bodywork done on my car more than once. The first time was minor damage to the panels, and they made them look like new.
The second time, I had extensive damage to my passenger side and a broken axel. Not only did they make the car look like new, the steering and alignment are great, and my car came back cleaner than when it was delivered to them--they even took care of all the shattered pieces of the planters that had been in my trunk.
They were kind, more than courteous, helped me get a rental car when they were difficult to get as well as helped with some of the insurance issues. They even went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to.
While i hope no one else has to deal with the pain of an accident, I definitely recommend CARSTAR Russo for any bodywork. Dom and his crew were wonderful. -

(January 31, 2023, 11:05 pm)21 day turnaround for repairs. Flawless job ! Left rear quarter panel and bumper replacement on a 2016 Mazda 6 Touring Edition. Excellent consultation, estimate, parts ordering, drop off, repair and pick up. Repairs completed very efficiently. Difficult color match was finished in perfection. Repair quote was the key to knowing an honest and respectable autobody shop. Hands down so much more satisfying than the large autobody repair shop chains. Periodical updates with pictures were provided. No question, the very best autobody repair facility to date for this 53 year old car owner. Most strongly recommended to anyone local in the 19014 area code or surrounding areas. You will not be disappointed.
