(February 4, 2023, 12:13 pm)I’ve been with the owner Lisa since we moved to CT four years ago. Her goal is to do exactly what you want, and if it isn’t she does a redo at no cost. Not only is she a professional but also a very lovely person. It’s a pleasure to be a client at The Hair Spa.

I was a last minute updo appointment, and I was so happy to accommodated with kindness, given my last minute stress trying to do my own hair for a wedding. I was complimented all night about my hair - I lost count of how many people approached me just to say they loved my hair, how wonderful it looked and where did I get it done. A HUGE thank you for helping me out and being my knight in shining armor. Superb artistry, great staff and affordability!!

Appointments are made easy; they always have a space/time available, even for new clients. I go very occasionally, mainly when I'm in desperate need of all over hair color & highlights. My most recent experience w new stylist Chloe was by far the best & fastest I've experienced. She knew what she was doing & offered her knowledge & experience for the outcome of my fabulous color, all over, & haircut; couldn't be more pleased:) Everyone is friendly & Experienced!!
