  After scouring the internet for a hair extension salon that could match the texture of my hair, luckily I found Tracy at THE GLOW UP! Tracy specializes in hand-tied extensions, and my experience with them has been far superior to any of the other extension methods I've tried in the past. I can go longer in between my appointments since they're sewn in so securely. They are comfortable and undetectable, which are two non-negotiables for me, and I can also wear my hair up in a ponytail! Comfortably! I'm also letting my hair air-dry sometimes because she matched my texture so well. I am in love. Both with my hair and with Tracy's undeniable artistry and precision!

  As a woman in her 60's, I was very skeptical of getting hair extensions-- but I must say I've never felt more polished and chic! Tracy has a very discriminating eye and practices meticulousness in every step of the process. From the color to the cut, my hair is flawless. I wanted the most natural enhancement and she took the time to listen to all my concerns, and delivered beyond my expectations. Tracy's salon in Milford is the definition of laid back luxury and I feel pampered during the entire appointment. If you're looking to upgrade your hair in any way, go to THE GLOW UP and have Tracy work her magic!!

  Tracy has been my hair goddess since October 2021. When I came to her I was new to the extension world, Tracey provided me with a lot of beginner's information and guided me through what to expect and how to care for my hair going forward. Tracey made this process easy and with her knowledge and experience I felt at ease and trusted her with my hair.
  
  I have always taken very good care of my hair and had beautiful healthy hair, which is why it was important to me to have someone install my extensions that truly cared about the overall health of my hair going forward. Tracey has been nothing but amazing and my hair is full and beautiful.

She truly understands the value of how having more hair can have a day to day impact in your daily life, providing you with so much more confidence. Tracy works patiently and tirelessly to achieve your hair goals from cut and color, to extensions and blending. She has stayed late on multiple occasions when I've decided to do a complete color change to tweak any minor adjustments I may want changed at the end. Her passion and care about her work truly show on your finished look. Her work is unmatched by any extension technician I've been to in the past. I followed Tracy from Branford to her new salon in Milford, which she has made into such a relaxing oasis that radiates tranquil and good vibes. You must check out her new luxurious salon and allow her work to speak for itself. Tracy is dedicated to making your hair dreams come true!

  I had been admiring Tracy's work on Instagram for a long time before I got the courage to make a consultation.I have had thinning hair for years and have always wanted extensions. I have never had anything except clip in extensions before. Tracy was so kind and really took extra time with me to explain the process and the upkeep my new hair would need. She is such a warm and wonderful person be around. The Glow Up has a very cozy and upscale vibe and I instantly felt comfortable. I am SO IN LOVE with my new hair and how beautiful I feel with extensions. Tracy is truly a master mind and the best at what she does.
