Diane and her team (specifically Diane, Suzanne, and Cathy) guided me through it all. They provided excellent recommendations for attorney, inspector, and every other professional you may need to get the job done. The team's extensive knowledge and network helped me find a great house in Brick which checked off all the boxes, and walked me through the process from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was friendly, personable, and had my best interests in mind. Absolutely the best team to recruit if you want to find the property that fits you best.

From the actual negotiation process with the sellers, to providing the best options for an attorney, mortgage brokerage, home inspector and home owner’s insurance, they made a complicated undertaking as easy as possible. They even went the extra mile and provided us a specialized list for our specific area for starting the utilities in our name, as well as their recommendations for a locksmith and cleaning services.
