(June 24, 2021, 3:39 pm)Valentina represents the absolute best in Residential Real Estate. Anyone can show you a home that you found on Zillow. Not everyone can get you to the finish-line on your dream home, in a market like this. Valentina moved the process forward in a thoughtful and compassionate manner, she served as expert negotiator when needed, counselor when we got overly emotional, and dug into the public records on the home to make sure we had all the answers we needed, when we needed them. She never pressured us and was always in our corner. I know we would not have our dream vacation home today, if we hadn't found Val. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have been able to work with her and have her guidance and wisdom throughout the process. Val is amazing.

She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to property values and potential renovation costs. Highly recommend her services - not only is she a hard worker, but tough negotiator and very funny to boot! We had a great time with and love working with her.

Valentina was very professional as well as personal... my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Valentina is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see, she moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fully addressed. Valentina is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.
