  What an awesome experience. My fiance and I were traveling for the weekend and decided last minute to stay for two nights at The Gateway at Pine Hill. Frank was awesome! He was so friendly and accommodating. I'm so glad we found this bed and breakfast. Also, the breakfast is excellent! Better than I could have imagined. Thank you

  Went upstate for a quick weekend getaway our stay was fantastic. Frank helped us check in and was very helpful in making us feel comfortable throughout our time there. Breakfast is amazing as well. I wish I was able to try everything on the menu! Karen helped us with our orders and made sure we got everything that we needed. Even though we went sightseeing on our trip the Gateway was definitely the highlight of our weekend. We also had a smores event by the campfire making the whole experience very memorable. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here and I would love to come back again! :)

  I can't say enough good things about our recent stay at The Gateway. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, the property is beautiful, and the room (the Avon room) was perfectly cozy.
  
  I rarely leave reviews, but our stay made such an impression on my fiancée and I that we are already thinking about reasons to come back to the Catskills and include The Gateway in our next visit.
  
  Some highlights from our stay:
  - the lounge was extremely comfortable and spacious
  - the breakfast was great (and they were kind enough to accommodate our vegetarian diet)
  - the AC worked well in our bedroom (a HUGE plus considering how hot it was that weekend)
  - great recommendations and conversation. We visited a farmer's market at host Frank's recommendation and it was awesome
  
  If you are thinking about a trip to the Catskills, I would highly recommend considering staying here!

  Would and will recommend this place to anyone visiting the Catskills! By the end of the trip we acknowledged not only that we had an exceptional stay but that we had also saved a ton of money and had a five star experience. The food was excellent and perfect fuel before a long 6+ mile hike up Panther Mountain (at the host - Frank’s - recommendation). From the cozy rooms to the great service this experience personified exactly what a weekend stay in the Catskills should be - timeless, and hospitable!
  
  We will definitely be back this Fall/ Winter for skiing season! Thank you SO much for having us 🩷

  I can not say enough about our experience at The Gateway at Pine Hill. I rarely write reviews but this couple deserves more than 5 stars.
  
  They are both so warm & welcoming, their bed & breakfast is everything anyone could ask for. Jackie had me at whole house filter for the well! The beds are so comfy cozy, I love the fireplace in the morning & night. The hot coco hour in the afternoon is such a great touch, but the fact that they had non-dairy options blew us away & literally made our trip extra special!
  
  Hospitality is at the forefront of Frank & Jackie's bed & breakfast! Frank is a great chef & the servers in the morning were great as well!! My sons & I have been staying at different places every winter for 5 years now & I can not say enough about The Gateway at Pine Hill. We definitely will not stay anywhere else in the future for skiing in NY!!
  
  Frank & Jackie thank you for making our stay memorable, comfortable, relaxing, & absolutely perfect. Where you stay means so much, it makes or breaks a trip! Keep up the great work guys!! See ya next year!!
