  Just next to Belleayers ski resort. Pine Hill is a very cute town, and Steve is an awesome host. Earl makes delicious breakfast.

  We loved our, and so did Buddy. En route to Dryden, New York by means of route 28. Stopped in Kingston for a stroll and shopping in Half Moon Books. Drove around the magnificent Ashokan Reservoir. Purchased Maple Spirit from Union Grove.
  
  Never felt so comfortable than at Colonial Inn. The bar was terrific with the the locals, Buddy and the absolute best music on the jukebox. Would have played the free pool table if we hadn't been so interested in the conversation.
  
  The breakfast of eggs, bacon, pancakes and coffee was a perfect send off the next day.
  
  Will visit again; they are family.

  Had a great stay at the Colonial Inn! The entire space is like your favorite Great Aunt's house who antiques way too often, puts them everywhere, and is going to make the will and estate splitting a nightmare. Heather and Steve were great hosts and very helpful! We even got a drink on the house. We were also able to spend time with Sweet Pea the bird and Ella the dog. The food was hot and good, the beds comfy, and the water hot. It's a comfy, homey, quirky space that could use some updating but overall a great place to stay!

  We’ve been here twice and we are certainly making it a tradition for the memorial weekend each year! It’s a family type accommodation where they serve you a delicious homemade breakfast!! They are all very nice and welcoming and the place is from another dimension! Very authentic! It’s like going to a museum! We absolutely love it! If asked why don’t you want to try something else? The answer is why try something else when you already love a place right?
