Eric was our attorney throughout our experience as first time home buyers. Communication was always prompt and he was able to thoroughly answer any questions that arose during the process. Would highly recommend for all legal matters regarding real estate.
Eric DaSilva and his team were a pleasure to work with. We were living out of state at the time of closing on our new home and it was seemless. Eric made the entire process easy and had us feeling very comfortable with all of the written documentation. He was very prompt on responses and kept us in the loop the whole time. Eric did an excellent job handling our home purchase. He was very responsive and always willing to go over the details and subtleties of the documentation and process.
Update: We've had some issues with our lender mishandling our escrow and tax payments. Eric has been amazingly helpful in straightening this out and providing the documentation that we need. He remains equally as responsive to us, even though it is now weeks after our closing has been completed.
Working with Eric DaSilva was a pleasure. He is always there when you need him regardless of the time; day or night. He is very professional, polite and very patient with his clients. He helped us refinance our mortgage 3 years ago, and most recently he assisted us in the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Even our real estate broker advised us that she really enjoyed working with him and felt he treated her with the respect many other attorneys don’t give her. We have worked with Eric for the past 3 years- he has helped us buy our first home, then 3 years later in June 2017, sell that home and purchase a new home. Eric is absolutely wonderful. He is available whenever you need him, he is very professional and responsive. We had a very difficult process buying our new home, and Eric/ Nancy were so helpful through the process. They checked in constantly to make sure they were explaining the process, advocated for us, and made sure we walked away with the best deals on both our sale and purchase.
