  i have been coming to this barber shop for my undercut since they opened! jimmy has made his shop feel comfortable and relaxing to be in. you can comfortably sit, it’s cute and different and unique! everything about this place is inviting. it’s clean. organized. and the attention to detail on haircut, on point!

  I went to the previous location last year and needed a haircut before a wedding. I was extremely impressed with the work done and how professional the cut was. I live in Massachusetts and come down to NY frequently and today I needed a cut.
  
  Beyond thrilled to find the new location and it’s a major upgrade. I walked in this morning and explained what I needed and Jimmy went right to work. Extremely professional and great conversation. Shocked how quick he was and still maintain a professional clean cut.
  
  This will be my new out of state barber and highly recommend this hidden gem. You won’t be disappointed and spread the word - The Cut Lounge is THE place to get a professional cut. Thank you, Jimmy!! See you next time!

  This hidden gem of a barbershop is tucked away in a convenient location that is easy to miss, but once you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is sure to put you at ease.
  
  I recently brought my son to The CUT Lounge after he attempted to cut his own hair and made a bit of a mess. The barber there was simply amazing - he made my son feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process, which is no small feat considering my son is usually apprehensive about haircuts.
  
  But the real highlight was the haircut itself. The barber listened carefully to our requests and gave my son a cut that was stylish, modern, and perfectly suited to his face shape and features. The attention to detail was impressive, and the end result was a clean, precise cut that exceeded our expectations.

  Just found this place. It was my son’s birthday, and we were running around. Came in 5 minutes before Jimmy was closing. He didn’t rush us. Took his time to figure out what cut my son wanted. He was AWESOME! My son’s hair was AWESOME!! Looks like we found a new barber! We felt welcomed start to finish! Thanks Jimmy

  I would not go anywhere else to get my hair cut other than by jimmy. It’s hard finding a barber that does an amazing job and he really listens to what my fiancée wants (because she’s the boss). His new place is awesome and you immediately feel right at home. He’s easily the most talented and has the best shop in all of New York. I come all the way from Jersey just to get my hair cut by him. Thank you for always being the best and always doing a great job with my hair and for always making my girl happy. If you’re looking for a new barber then you need to go to Jimmy. Thank you for the drinks and we’ll see you soon!
