(January 13, 2023, 7:02 am)Couldn't be more satisfied. Had a 17 year old pellet stove that we hope makes it thru the winters. This year finally had it and just stopped working. We contacted the place where we get it serviced and were put on a wait list. 200th on the list so probably wouldn't be until March or April. Decided to buy a new one and they didn't have any. 10-12 weeks to receive then about another 4-6 weeks for install. Contacted Cozy Barn on Facebook and they had stoves in stock and would be about a week for install. Went the next day and service was outstanding. All questions answered and no pressure to buy or upsell. Delivered and installed 2 days later. This unit was smaller than the one we had but much more efficient and does a better job. Had some minor issues and reached out on Facebook for service. They were out the next day and took care of it. Wish I knew about them a couple years ago. Love that they service what they sell. Not like the other place.

Eight years after my sister purchased this she called me for help after reaching her physical limit. I arrived to an inoperative fireplace. After a ten minute tutorial on hands and knees I returned to her house and had it blazing in no time. Thank you.
