(September 11, 2021, 9:20 am)My partner and I just moved and we were looking to get a futon so we could use it as a couch and a guest bed. We ended up finding this place in our search and decided to check it out since most mattress stores either don’t have futons or have one or two options. Great selection of futon mattresses, frames, and covers! Good range on price too if you are on a budget. Since they had the different mattress on display we ended up spending a bit more than planned but it was totally worth it. Such a comfortable mattress and it was nice to be able to feel what we were buying! If you’re planning on getting a futon you should definitely check this place out. Nice people as well.

(July 16, 2020, 3:26 pm)Yesterday we were mattress shopping and stopped in at the Futon Experience and chatted with Frank. He was very helpful and not pushy. He helped us find exactly what we needed. We asked him about how much he would charge for delivery and he said it was free since we were local. It was after 6pm when we made the purchase and the store closed at 7pm. Frank personally delivered the mattress that evening shortly after 7pm! This was such a great experience. We always try to shop local and shop small but that doesn’t always work out in your favor. In this case, this worked out well! I highly recommend checking out the Futon Experience and speaking with Frank! The prices are reasonable, and the customer service was amazing! We will purchase from there again!

Upon delivery, Frank and Pearl went above and beyond to make sure that all our furniture was set up correctly. Very competitive prices and service with a personal touch. Thank you!
